1. General provisions
These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the auto.vin Dealer Dashboard, available at [subdomain address], including the rules for creating and maintaining an account, signing in, using dashboard features, and submitting complaints regarding electronically supplied services.

The auto.vin Dealer Dashboard is intended exclusively for users using it in connection with their business or professional activity, in particular dealers, car lots, intermediaries, and other entities operating in the automotive market.
These Terms of Use are made available free of charge before the conclusion of the agreement for the provision of electronic services, in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and stored.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
- Dashboard – the user panel available after signing in, enabling the use of auto.vin services offered under the dealer account model.
- User – an entrepreneur or a person acting on behalf of an entrepreneur who uses the Dashboard.
- Account – an individual User profile created within the Dashboard.
- Credits – billing units used to order selected services and reports within the Dashboard.
- Services – services supplied electronically by the Service Provider within the Dashboard.
- Terms of Use – these Terms of Use of the auto.vin Dealer Dashboard.
- Credit Terms of Sale – a separate document setting out the rules for purchasing, topping up, and using credits in auto.vin.
3. Types and scope of electronically supplied services
Within the Dashboard, the Service Provider supplies electronically, in particular, the following services:
- creation and maintenance of the User Account,
- sign-in and authorization of access to the Account,
- display of credit balance, order history, and billing details,
- enabling the purchase of credits, subject to the separate Credit Terms of Sale,
- enabling the use of services and reports available within the auto.vin offer, in accordance with the current price list and data scope,
- making Account settings and company details available.
4. Technical requirements for using the Dashboard
The following are necessary for the proper use of the Dashboard:
- a device with Internet access,
- an up-to-date web browser supporting standard web technologies and an encrypted HTTPS connection,
- an active e-mail address,
- enabled support for the necessary session and technical mechanisms required for signing in and maintaining connection security.
- The Service Provider makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Dashboard can be used with the most popular current browser versions.
- The Service Provider informs that the use of electronically supplied services may involve standard Internet-related risks, such as phishing, malware, compromise of login credentials, unauthorized access to the end device, or actions of third parties. The User should apply appropriate security measures, including up-to-date software, strong passwords, and device protection.
5. Account creation rules
Creating an Account requires providing the required data and accepting these Terms of Use.
The User undertakes to provide true, current, and complete data.
The Service Provider may make full activation of the Account conditional upon confirming the e-mail address, completing company details, or carrying out additional verification, where this is justified by security, billing, or fraud prevention reasons.
One Account should correspond to one actual user or one agreed organizational model for using the service.
6. Sign-in and Account security
Access to the Account requires the use of valid login credentials.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for actions taken using the Account, unless such use occurred solely due to reasons attributable to the Service Provider.
The User should immediately inform the Service Provider of any suspected unauthorized access to the Account or security breach.
The Service Provider may apply additional safeguards, including login attempt limits, temporary access restrictions, additional verification, or other technical measures intended to protect the Account and the service.
7. Rules for using the Dashboard
The User is obliged to use the Dashboard in accordance with the law, these Terms of Use, and good practice.
The following is prohibited:
- providing unlawful content,
- undertaking actions that violate the security of the Dashboard or its infrastructure,
- using the Dashboard in a manner that may disrupt its operation,
- circumventing technical or organizational safeguards,
- using the Dashboard for purposes contrary to its intended purpose or infringing the rights of third parties,
- unauthorized sharing of access to the Account with third parties.
- The User is responsible for the data, content, queries, and actions carried out using the Account to the extent resulting from applicable law and these Terms of Use.
8. Credits, prices, and billing
The Dashboard may enable the purchase and use of credits for ordering selected reports or services.
The rules for purchasing, topping up, validity, use, and any complaints regarding credits are set out in the separate Credit Terms of Sale.
The current prices of services expressed in credits are presented in the Dashboard or in another place indicated by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may change the offer, packages, price lists, and the number of credits required to use a given service, with effect for the future.
9. Nature and availability of data
The services and reports available in the Dashboard may be based on the Service Provider’s own data, partner data, or data originating from external providers.
The scope of data available for a specific vehicle, report, or service may vary depending on the availability of sources and the type of service.
The Service Provider exercises due care to ensure that the data presented in the Dashboard is as reliable and up to date as possible, but does not guarantee that every service or report will be available for every vehicle or that every report will be complete to the same extent.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the information presented in the Dashboard is of an informational nature and supports the vehicle assessment process; the User makes final business decisions independently.
10. Conclusion and duration of the agreement for electronic services
The agreement for the provision of electronic services relating to the maintenance of the Account is concluded upon the effective creation of the Account or the start of using a given Dashboard function that requires acceptance of these Terms of Use.
The agreement for maintaining the Account is concluded for an indefinite period.
Agreements relating to individual functionalities of a one-off nature are performed at the moment of completion of the relevant action or service.
11. Termination of the agreement and deletion of the Account
The User may stop using the Dashboard at any time.
The User may request deletion of the Account by contacting the Service Provider at: contact@auto.vin.
The Service Provider may restrict or block access to the Account and, in justified cases, terminate the agreement for the provision of electronic services if the User:
- breaches these Terms of Use or applicable law,
- has provided false data,
- uses the Dashboard in a manner that threatens the security of the system,
- commits abuse, attempts to circumvent safeguards, or undertakes actions detrimental to the interests of the Service Provider or other users.
- Before permanently deleting the Account, the Service Provider may request explanations from the User or request that the breach be remedied, where possible and justified.
- Deletion of the Account does not affect the legal consequences of actions taken earlier or payment obligations arising before the deletion of the Account.
12. Complaints
The User may submit complaints regarding the operation of the Dashboard, the Account, or electronically supplied services to the following e-mail address: contact@auto.vin.
A complaint should include at least:
- data identifying the User or the Account,
- a description of the problem,
- the date on which the problem occurred,
- where possible, information enabling identification of the event or transaction.
- The Service Provider will review the complaint within a reasonable period, not longer than 14 business days, unless the nature of the matter requires additional arrangements.
- The User will be informed of the outcome of the complaint to the e-mail address assigned to the Account or provided in the complaint.
13. Liability
The Service Provider is liable for supplying electronic services in accordance with applicable law and these Terms of Use.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- the consequences of the User providing false or outdated data,
- the consequences of the User disclosing login credentials to unauthorized persons,
- interruptions in the availability of services resulting from causes beyond the Service Provider’s control, including force majeure, failures on the part of infrastructure providers, payment operators, or data providers,
- business decisions made by the User on the basis of information obtained in the Dashboard.
- In relations with Users who are neither consumers nor persons benefiting from statutory protection similar to consumer protection, the Service Provider’s liability for lost profits and indirect damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Personal data and cookies
The rules for the processing of personal data related to the use of the Dashboard are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The rules for the use of cookies and other similar technologies in the Dashboard are set out in the Cookies Policy.
15. Changes to the Terms of Use
The Service Provider may amend these Terms of Use for important reasons, in particular in the event of:
- changes in the law,
- development of or changes to the Dashboard’s functionality,
- changes to the service delivery model,
- the need to clarify the provisions of these Terms of Use.
- The User will be informed of any change to these Terms of Use in the Dashboard, by e-mail, or in another appropriate manner.
- Changes to these Terms of Use shall enter into force on the date indicated by the Service Provider, not earlier than 7 days from the date of their publication, unless mandatory provisions of law require a different procedure or the change is solely editorial in nature.
16. Final provisions
Matters not governed by these Terms of Use shall be governed by Polish law.
These Terms of Use do not exclude any rights of the User arising from mandatory provisions of law.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, ineffective, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
